She was the leading light to empower the student and teacher community and establish lasting ties between countries/schools such as Singapore-Raffles, Germany – Waldorf group of schools and others in Australia, UK and USA. At Gyanshree, she seeks to better her previous accomplishments in the area of pedagogy.

In all the places that he had been posted, Shri Pradeep Srivastava emphasized infrastructural development. He was involved in the development of a technologically sound Police Control Room at Delhi which helped in curbing terrorism. At his posting in Andaman and Nicobar, he promoted the tribes to bring themat par with other communities.
Shri Srivastava is also credited with re-inventing the beat patrolling system and reviving old methods of community policing by organizing sports like gully cricket,in Chandigarh.
The high points in his illustrious career were establishing the first Police Control Room in Delhi and busting the match fixing case involving Hansie Cronje. His love for ancient Indian Culture and Philosophy and the desire to pass on the right kind of instruction to instill a love for the subject motivated his association with schools.
