HAS Bakery & patisserie department is well planned, equipped and supported with very experienced chef team.
The facility is parallel to the first class industry standard, equipped with modern baking equipment & accessories. 

Chef Rajesh Kumar – Chef in charge, Bakery & confectionery
Chef Rajesh, has been influenced by his father, who was a dedicated Continental chef in Oberoi hotels.
After completion of his studies, chef Rajesh opted for hospitality industry. His initial days of learning and competencies developed in different brands, like, The Park hotel, New Delhi, Radisson, New Delhi, Olive bar and Kitchen, New Delhi, and a few more.
He has honed his teaching & training skills in Indian School of Hospitality, Gurgaon, as Chef de partie.
Today, he carries himself well in operations as well as in teaching and guiding students for their future endeavor.

Chef Anjana Middha – assistant chef – bakery & confectionery
Chef Anjana, the youngest chef in HAS, perused her B.Voc. in Bakery & cookery from Indian Hotel Academy, Delhi in (Batch 2019 – 2022), and completed her industrial training in JW Marriott, Mussoorie and then job training in ITC welcome. Delhi.
She also has worked as bakery chef in Flourmates bakery & café, Noida.
She has participated in chocolate making and tri color dessert competition.
As a smart & team player, she always remains active & ready for new assignments.
